Matthew J. Austin
President & CEO Our founder, Matthew began as a truck driver after leaving Keystone College's Business Management Program. Today Matthew oversee our operations and takes an active role in the community, serving as Chairman of the Wyoming County Chamber of Commerce, SCCTC advisory committee board, a Past Master of Free Masons and as an appointed board member of the Wyoming county Planning Commision, among a slew of other philanthropic activities. Matthew is also the proud father of four wonderful children along side Brandi Ryce.

Corporate Finance Chair Woman Originally from Mehoopany, PA; Brandi Ryce is the Owner of OSO Wash, LLC and OSO TIRE, DBA. Brandi serves as Austin-Corps Corporate Chair Woman & Corporate Finance Director. Brandi is a devoted mother of four children, three boys and a daughter. Brandi is an active philanthropist, regularly supporting community recreational events and fundraisers while driving investment into finding a cure to Rett Syndrome for which her daughter is afflicted. Brandi is also perhaps the most skilled visionary in the organization, tackling new projects that exceed expectations!

General Manager- HER Michael Bartos serves as General Manager. Joining Austin-Corps in 2014 as a nightshift dispatcher, Michael has grown to be the top resource in the organization with a deep involvement and understanding of all aspects of the operation. In addition to Michaels' role in the organization, he is a loving father to three brilliant daughters. Mike enjoys family time and carries on a stringent fitness routine around the companies needs and those supporting a variety of community activism activities.

Brokerage Development / Sales and Marketing -EFB Whitney Fowler’s role in the Brokerage is to be our middle woman between shippers and carriers, making sure that freight is moving to its destination efficiently and reliably! In addition, Whitney also handles sales and marketing, which is critical to the growth of our companies. With many years in the transportation and logistics field, and a wonderful customer service attitude, she is a critical part of our team.
